1. Definities
In deze voorwaarden wordt verstaan onder:
Opdracht: de overeenkomst tussen VVL Montage en de klant betreffende het leveren van diensten;
Klant: de natuurlijke persoon of rechtspersoon die de opdracht verstrekt;
Diensten: het plaatsen en monteren van badkamers door VVL Montage.
2. Totstandkoming van de overeenkomst
De overeenkomst komt tot stand na schriftelijke goedkeuring van de offerte door de klant. Tot die tijd is de offerte vrijblijvend.
3. Offerte en planning
VVL Montage verstrekt altijd een offerte, op basis waarvan een startdatum en opleverdatum worden afgesproken. Werkzaamheden worden uitgevoerd volgens deze planning, mits geen overmacht of onvoorziene omstandigheden
4. Wijzigingen en meerwerk
Alle extra werkzaamheden die niet in de offerte staan, dienen schriftelijk te worden overeengekomen. VVL Montage behoudt zich het recht voor deze extra werkzaamheden apart te factureren.
5. Levering en doorlooptijd
VVL Montage streeft ernaar de werkzaamheden binnen de afgesproken termijn uit te voeren. Vertragingen door overmacht of omstandigheden buiten de controle van VVL Montage kunnen de opleverdatum verschuiven zonder dat dit leidt tot aansprakelijkheid
6. Eigendom van materialen
Materialen blijven eigendom van VVL Montage tot volledige betaling door de klant is voldaan
7. Betalingsvoorwaarden
De betaling vindt plaats in drie termijnen: 50% bij aanvang, 25% halverwege, en 25% bij oplevering. Betaling kan via iDEAL. Bij niet tijdige betaling is de klant in verzuim en kunnen rente en incassokosten worden berekend. VVL Montage behoudt zich het recht voor werkzaamheden op te schorten bij niet-betaling.
8. Annulering en ontbinding
Annulering door de klant na akkoord op de offerte is alleen mogelijk met schriftelijke toestemming van VVL Montage en kan kosten met zich meebrengen
9. Overmacht
VVL Montage is niet aansprakelijk voor tekortkomingen die het gevolg zijn van overmacht, zoals extreme weersomstandigheden, pandemieën, stakingen, of materiaaltekorten
10. Aansprakelijkheid
VVL Montage is niet aansprakelijk voor schade aan eigendommen van de klant, tenzij sprake is van opzet of grove nalatigheid.
11. Klachtenprocedure
Klachten dienen binnen 7 dagen na oplevering schriftelijk te worden gemeld. VVL Montage zal binnen 14 dagen een oplossing bieden
12. Privacy en foto’s
VVL Montage maakt foto’s van projecten alleen met toestemming van de klant. Deze kunnen worden gebruikt voor promotie op website en sociale media
13. Toepasselijk recht en geschillen
Op deze overeenkomst is Nederlands recht van toepassing. Geschillen worden voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechter in Nederland.

In these terms and conditions:
Agreement: the contract between VVL Montage and the client for the provision of services;
Client: the natural person or legal entity who commissions the services;
Services: the installation and assembly of bathrooms by VVL Montage.
2. Formation of the agreement
The agreement is concluded upon written approval of the quotation by the client. Until then, the quotation is non-binding.
3. Quotation and schedule
VVL Montage always provides a quotation specifying a start date and expected completion date. Work will be carried out according to this schedule unless force majeure or unforeseen circumstances occur.
4. Changes and additional work
All additional work not included in the quotation must be agreed upon in writing. VVL Montage reserves the right to invoice such additional work separately
5. Delivery and lead time
VVL Montage strives to complete work within the agreed period. Delays caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond VVL Montage’s control may shift the completion date without liability.
6. Ownership of materials
Materials remain the property of VVL Montage until full payment by the client.
7. Payment terms
Payment is made in three installments: 50% at commencement, 25% halfway, and 25% upon completion. Payment can be made via iDEAL. In case of late payment, interest and collection costs may apply. VVL Montage reserves the right to suspend work if payment is not made.
8. Cancellation and termination
Cancellation by the client after approval of the quotation is only possible with written permission
from VVL Montage and may incur costs.
9. Force majeure
VVL Montage is not liable for failure to perform due to force majeure, including extreme weather,
pandemics, strikes, or material shortages.
10. Liability
VVL Montage is not liable for damage to the client’s property, unless caused by intent or gross
negligence.
11. Complaints procedure
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days after completion. VVL Montage will respond with a solution within 14 days.

13. Governing law and disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
